Federation Get In The GamE

Recruit new members and become a GFWC Grandmaster Player.  Fill out the Game Piece Coupon for each new member recruited between February 1, 2008 and January 31, 2009.   You may submit the names of members you recruit into your own club and of those you recruit into a new club.  Please, just one sponsor per new member.

As soon as a Queen is recruited into membership submit the completed Game Piece Coupon directly to your district Second Vice President, as indicated on the bottom of the form. Your district Second Vice President, Pat Jeffress, will forward all coupons to the GFWC Virginia Second Vice President  upon receipt, and not later than February 15, 2009 for entry in the GFWC Grandmaster Player recruitment contest.  

	Each new member will receive a note of welcome from the district and from GFWC Virginia.
	GFWC Virginia will pay the 2009 Convention registration fee for each district’s Grandmaster Player.
	The Grandmaster Player who has recruited the most members will receive a live Dogwood tree to be planted in her honor.
	All district  Players will be eligible for the grand prize drawing of a “Federation” basket.  The drawing will be made during the 2009 GFWC Virginia Convention.   Every Queen you Rook into membership will increase your chances to win.
