Lee District General Dues  | Lee District Junior Dues | Lee District Juniorette Dues |  GFWC VA and GFWC Dues

Please submit dues with appropriate form.

Lee District Dues Form:   Due  Jan. 25

Lee District Supplemental Form:  Due Mar. 31

Dues must be mailed by January 25 of each club year; however, they are acceptable before this date as they are needed to operate the District.  Deadline for paying supplemental dues is March 31.  Submit checks with appropriate forms.

 

Lee District GENERAL CLUB DUES: 

Fifty cents ($.50) per member - Due JANUARY 25

Checks Payable to:      LEE DISTRICT, VFWC  (Indicate # of members on check.)

Mail Checks to:      Lee District Treasurer (address is on form)

Supplemental Dues:    

Fifty cents for each new member - Due MARCH 31

One Dollar ($1.00) per member - Due JANUARY 25
