For clubs that are 100% subscribed (for paper copies by mail) the cost is $6/year/subscription. Lee’s Traveller electronic subscriptions (E-Traveller subscriptions) are now available to ALL members of Lee District at NO COST from the District Website. All District Officers, Junior Officers, Chairmen, Junior Chairmen, Club Presidents, and Lee District members serving GFWC Virginia as Officers and Special Appointments receive complementary subscriptions to Lee’s Traveller. Members receiving complementary subscriptions with email access will receive Lee’s Traveller electronically (the E-Traveller) and all others will receive Lee’s Traveller by mail. Members receiving complementary subscriptions with email access preferring to receive Lee’s Traveller by mail, should notify the Lee’s Traveller Junior Editor (Sarah Blankenship) to request that change, and it will be provided at no cost. To facilitate the distribution of Lee’s Traveller electronically (the E-Traveller) to all other Lee District members wishing to receive it, we are asking each club to designate one member to serve as the Club E-Contact. The primary role of the Club E-Contact will be to notify those members of her club wishing to receive the E-Traveller when each issue is available from the District Website. It is recommended that each Club President delegate this responsibility to a reliable member who is comfortable managing email groups. Club Presidents will receive a separate notification when each issue of the E-Traveller is available from the District Website. Additionally, ALL District-wide email updates will continue to be directed to the Club Presidents. For Club Presidents without email access, those email updates will be directed to the Club E-Contact to pass along. |

and handbook. Lee District Handbook and Supplement The District Handbook and Handbook Supplement will now be available in three versions. The District Handbook (paper copy) will be available at $10.00/copy and the District Handbook Supplement (paper copy) will be available at $6.00/copy. The District Handbook and Handbook Supplement (CD-ROM version) will be available at $2.50 each. The electronic version of the District Handbook (E-Handbook) and the District Handbook Supplement (E-Handbook Supplement) will be available from the District Website at a cost of $2.50 annually. All District Officers, Junior Officers, Chairmen, Junior Chairmen, Club Presidents, and Lee District members serving GFWC Virginia as Officers and Special Appointments receive complementary copies of the District Handbook and Handbook Supplement. Members receiving complementary copies are asked to specify their version of choice at the May Presidents’ Councils’ Meetings (Club Presidents) and the District File Exchange (District Officers, Junior Officers, Chairmen and Junior Chairmen). Members wishing to purchase addition versions may do so at the established cost.
